The ZTE Racer has 3 home screens, all can be customized into how you would like them to look. It has a 2.8-inch resistive touchscreen display. A cheap handset with a surprised features that it came with WIFI, 3G which enables you to browse the internet fast and quickly. The phone also comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera, which is okay, but not really going to replace your digital camera at all.
